Ingredients

  • 3 c. potatoes
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. sausage
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage and drain; cook potatoes and onions.
  2. Drain the cooked potatoes and onions.
  3. Layer cooked sausage, potatoes, and cheese in the pie crust.
  4. Heat the cream and pour it over the layered ingredients.
  5. Add the beaten eggs and beat well.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole and bake until set.
