Ingredients

  • 5 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and soda together.
  2. Cut in margarine.
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  4. Stir yeast mixture into buttermilk and add to dry mixture.
  5. Cover and chill.
