Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) round loaf Hawaiian bread
  • 16 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup minced green onions
  • 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans green chilies
  • 1 cup chopped ham

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top of the bread loaf and set aside.
  2. Scoop out the inside of the bread, leaving about a 1-inch crust all around.
  3. Save the scooped-out bread for breadcrumbs to be used later.
  4. Combine grated Cheddar, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced green onions, Worcestershire sauce, drained green chilies, and chopped ham; mix well.
  5. Fill the hollowed-out bread with the cheese mixture.
  6. Replace the top of the bread on the filled loaf.
