Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knox gelatin
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 1 pound crab meat, shrimp, or tuna

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water.
  2. Heat the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dissolved gelatin until blended.
  3. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, and chopped pimento to the mixture.
  4. Fold in crab meat, shrimp, or tuna.
  5. Pour the mixture into an oiled mold.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Serve as an appetizer or spread for crackers.
