Instructions
- Cut apples into a small greased baking pan; sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Squeeze the lemon over the apple/cinnamon.
- Cream honey and butter; mix in the grains and seed to make a crunchy topping. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Sprinkle cider on top before baking at 375° for 35 minutes.
- Serve with cream as a breakfast treat or dessert.
