- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cooking oil, vanilla, eggs, and salt. Mix well.

- Pour the batter into a greased tube pan or two loaf pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
