Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. Mix with your hands as you would a meatloaf, gently but thoroughly.
  4. Do not use a spoon or mixer.
  5. Bake in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan or Bundt pan for about an hour.
