Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. tart apple cubes

Instructions

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Cream eggs and brown sugar until well blended.
  3. Add vanilla, chopped pecans, and tart apple cubes to the mixture.
  4. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into two buttered 10-inch pie tins.
