  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. molasses
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 c. cheese, grated

Instructions
