Ingredients

  • 1 c. quick oats, uncooked
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 med. apples, diced

Instructions

  1. In one bowl, mix oats and allspice.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, milk, oil, and egg.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the oat and flour mixture.
  4. Stir in diced apples and raisins, if desired.
  5. Spoon the batter into a cupcake tin.
  6. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 25 minutes.
