Ingredients

  • 3 c. celery, diced
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 medium apples, chopped
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. pkg. unseasoned croutons
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Saute celery and onions in margarine until tender.
  2. Add chopped apples, raisins, poultry seasoning, pepper, croutons, and water.
  3. Toss lightly to combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve warm as a side dish.
