Ingredients

  • 2 c. cubed unpared apples
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. green grapes
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Lake Country pink wine
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the cubed apples, diced celery, green grapes, chopped dates, and mandarin oranges in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, pink wine, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Top with almonds or walnuts before serving.
