Apple Walnut Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. white raisins
  • 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
  3. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Cream together butter and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
  5. Blend in vanilla. Gradually blend in dry mixture and stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour in pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
