Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (29 oz.) can apricots
  • 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain fruits separately; reserve juices. Chop apricots.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water; add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup apricot juice. Chill until thickened.
  3. Add marshmallows, pineapple, and apricots to the gelatin mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch container.
  5. Chill until firm.
