Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the butter into the flour and salt to make a pie crust dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out each to about 12 x 10 inches.
- Spread each rolled-out dough with apricot jam, then sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
- Roll each piece of dough into a jelly roll shape.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
