Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (6 oz.)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Louisiana hot sauce
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger in a deep pan.
  2. Add 2 cans of tomato sauce (6 oz. each) to the pan with the browned hamburger.
  3. Season with Worcestershire sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 45 minutes.
  5. Serve over hot water cornbread, sliced in half.
