Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried lima beans
  • 1/2 lb ham diced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large green pepper chopped
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Soak dried lima beans overnight in water to cover.
  2. Drain the soaked beans.
  3. Combine soaked beans, diced ham, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, dry mustard, salt, pepper, condensed cream of tomato soup, and water in a slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
