Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide and 4 inches long
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp monosodium glutamate
  • 1 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 3 Tbsp corn oil
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 3 Tbsp margarine

Instructions

  1. Place cut chicken strips in a medium size bowl; add salt, monosodium glutamate, and seasoned pepper.
  2. In the meantime, mix cornstarch, egg whites, paprika, and corn oil until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces and let stand for about 15 minutes.
  4. Fry the chicken strips in margarine until done and golden brown.
  5. Serve with sauce.
