Instructions
- Mix sausage, Bisquick, and grated Monterey Jack cheese together.
- Divide the mixture into oblong egg-sized balls.
- Make a crease down the center of each ball and insert a jalapeno pepper.
- Close the sausage mixture around the jalapeno, forming an egg shape.
- Roll the formed eggs in beaten eggs, then coat with Oven Fry or Shake 'n Bake.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
