Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 carrots, slivered
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages Ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 pound snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 pound sliced cooked beef, chicken or pork

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except snow peas and meat in a pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add snow peas and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked meat, heat through, and serve.
