Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli or 20 oz fresh broccoli, steamed
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing, original flavor
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup margarine or butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Add hot water and melted butter to the stuffing and mix well.
  2. Add cooked broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and grated cheese to the stuffing mixture.
  3. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
  4. Transfer to an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 minutes.
