Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Bring all ingredients except popped popcorn and soda to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and carefully add soda.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popped popcorn.
- Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool before breaking into pieces.
