Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour over steak, chicken, pork chops, or any meat.
  3. Marinate overnight, rotating meat occasionally.
  4. Grill on barbecue.
  5. Enjoy!
