Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 cup catsup
  • 13 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Fry onions, hamburg and celery.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Mix all other ingredients and add to hamburg.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve on buns.
