Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage, quartered
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 smoked sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place quartered cabbage, quartered onion, and canned stewed tomatoes in a crock-pot and cover with water.
  2. Add salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Let cook on low heat for several hours until vegetables are tender.
  4. Cut smoked sausage into pieces and add to the crock-pot 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
