Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. powdered mushroom mix
  • 2 slices toasted bread crushed into crumbs
  • 3 tsp. A.1. sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef and ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Press into twelve 1/4 pound hamburger patties.
  3. Grill over charcoal until well done.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste.
  5. Serve on buns with a slice of cheese and onion on the side.
