Tips & Substitutions

For a tender stir-fry, slice the steak against the grain. You can substitute the cheap cut steak with flank or sirloin for a richer flavor. If you prefer a vegetarian option, try using tofu or seitan in place of meat. Ensure the pan is hot enough to achieve a good sear, which enhances the dish's flavor. Toasting the sesame seeds before adding them can also elevate the dish.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this dish over hot white rice for a satisfying meal. You can also pair it with a side of steamed broccoli or a fresh salad to balance the flavors. For an added crunch, consider serving alongside Nancy'S Vegetable Pop-Corn for a fun twist. Garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds for an appealing presentation.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the stir-fry in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or soy sauce to maintain moisture. Stir occasionally until heated through. Avoid reheating in the microwave to prevent overcooking the meat and vegetables.
