Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly.
  3. Drain off excess fat.
  4. In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine cooked beef, salt, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, pork and beans, and kidney beans.
  5. Mix well, cover, and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
