Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash.
  3. Combine yolks, 3 tablespoons sour cream, mustard, and salt; mix well.
  4. Refill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Saute green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in pimiento, condensed mushroom soup, and 1 cup sour cream.
  7. Pour the sour cream mixture into a 11¾ x 7½-inch baking dish.
  8. Place the deviled eggs on top of the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
