Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/2 oz. dried beef

Instructions

  1. Cream together the cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion flakes, pepper, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Rinse the dried beef well and cut into small pieces, then add to the cream mixture and combine thoroughly.
  3. Place the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Chop the pecans and sauté them in 2 tablespoons of butter until lightly toasted.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted pecans evenly over the top of the dip.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with crackers.
