Baked Ham Medley
A hearty baked ham medley featuring sweet apples, tender sweet potatoes, and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for family dinners and special occasions with comforting flavors.

- Scrape gelatin and excess fat from ham, reserving 1/3 cup of the gelatin.
- Make 4 evenly spaced slits in the top of the ham, about 1-inch deep.
- Place the ham and reserved gelatin in a 10-inch round or 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
- Arrange apple slices and sweet potatoes around the ham.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over all.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 325°F oven for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Remove from oven.
- Cut Swiss cheese slice diagonally to form 4 triangles.
- Insert one triangle into each ham slit.
- Return the ham to the oven.
- Bake for 1 minute more, or just until cheese triangles melt slightly.
