Ingredients

  • 10 lb. ham
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 jar pickled peaches (reserve juice)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup diced mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup seeded white grapes

Instructions

  1. Wash the ham and place it fat side up in a roaster.
  2. Insert cloves into the ham.
  3. Pour cider vinegar and peach juice over the ham.
  4. Rub the ham with honey and then brown sugar.
  5. Bake uncovered at 300°F for 1 hour.
  6. Cover and bake for an additional 2 hours.
  7. Baste the ham every 30 minutes during baking.
  8. Add the diced mandarin oranges, pineapple, and white grapes to the roaster.
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until the ham is tender.
  10. Serve sliced ham with the fruit sauce from the roaster.
  11. Garnish with pickled peaches.
