Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 6 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
