Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage or 1 lb. chopped ham or bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 slices bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Fry the sausage or ham and drain well.
  2. Beat the eggs slightly.
  3. Add all ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 13 x 9-inch pan and cover.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and golden.
