Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • milk
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain and flake the salmon.
  2. Add enough milk to the salmon liquid to make 1/2 cup.
  3. Combine the flaked salmon, milk, cooked rice, chopped celery, eggs, minced parsley, grated onion, salt, dry mustard, and Tabasco sauce; mix well.
  4. Place the mixture into greased custard cups.
  5. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with a sauce made by adding 1 cup of milk to condensed mushroom soup.
