Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 pint Ragu sauce
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup sharp cheese
  • 1 box spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Brown the onion, green pepper, celery, and ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add Ragu sauce, catsup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to the beef mixture.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  5. Grease a baking dish.
  6. Layer cooked spaghetti in the dish, then spread half of the spaghetti sauce over it.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining spaghetti and sauce.
  8. Top with shredded sharp cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
