Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas, cut in small pieces
  • 1 stick butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients: flour, soda, cream of tartar, and nuts (if using).
  3. Combine the two mixtures together.
  4. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
