Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine ground rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Combine bananas, honey, vegetable oil, and eggs in a blender container and process until smooth.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Spoon the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until the bread tests done.
