Ingredients

  • 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • reserved pineapple liquid
  • water
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 serving size pkg. instant banana cream pudding
  • 2 cups whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Add enough water to the reserved pineapple liquid to make 1 1/2 cups.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add the instant banana cream pudding mix and beat well.
  4. Stir in the drained pineapple.
  5. Chill the mixture for 10 minutes.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream.
  7. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding into a 3 to 4-quart glass serving bowl.
  8. Top with one-third of the chocolate wafers, banana slices, and pudding.
  9. Repeat the layering twice, ending with pudding on top.
  10. Chill thoroughly before serving.
