- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a blender, put remaining ingredients. Cover.
- Press high button; blend about 20 seconds.
- Pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and mix just until all flour is moistened.
- Turn the batter into a greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
