Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 small ripe bananas, sliced
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, put remaining ingredients. Cover.
  4. Press high button; blend about 20 seconds.
  5. Pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and mix just until all flour is moistened.
  6. Turn the batter into a greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
