Ingredients

  • nonfat dry milk
  • vanilla
  • white nonfat
  • egg
  • baking soda
  • cinnamon
  • pecans
  • applesauce
  • water
  • banana
  • cream of tartar
  • cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except nuts, in a blender and blend well.
  2. Stir in nuts by hand.
  3. Pour batter into a Pam-sprayed loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
