Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milnot
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, ketchup, chopped onion, eggs, milk, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cook macaroni until tender and drain.
  3. Add mustard and mayonnaise to the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  4. Layer the beef mixture and macaroni mixture alternately in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top, then sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
  6. Drizzle oleo (margarine or butter) over all.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
