Ingredients

  • 10 bell peppers, chopped
  • 15 lb. onions, chopped
  • 25 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • 40 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 13 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 13 Tbsp. sugar
  • 13 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 19 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 5 qt. tomatoes
  • 15 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 10 c. catsup
  • 19 family size pkg. spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped bell peppers, onions, and garlic in olive oil until soft, adding a little water as needed.
  2. Mash the cooked vegetables with a fork.
  3. Add ground beef to the vegetable mixture and cook until fully done.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a large pot and add remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
  5. Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions, adding a small amount of olive oil.
  6. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
  7. Combine the sauce with the cooked spaghetti in the pot or serve the sauce over the spaghetti on plates.
