- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brown the hamburger and onion flakes in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar to the cooked beef mixture. Stir to combine.
- Press the buttermilk biscuits into the sides of greased muffin tins to form cups.
- Fill each biscuit cup with the beef mixture.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and heated through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top of each cup.
