Bar-B-Cups are savory mini muffin cups filled with flavorful beef, barbecue sauce, and melted Cheddar cheese, perfect for parties, snacks, or casual gatherings with bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown the hamburger and onion flakes in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar to the cooked beef mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Press the buttermilk biscuits into the sides of greased muffin tins to form cups.
  5. Fill each biscuit cup with the beef mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and heated through.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top of each cup.
  8. Serve warm.
