- Melt butter in an oblong baking pan (13 1/2 x 9 x 2). Tilt to coat the bottom with butter.

- Add sour cream, milk, salt, chopped onions, green pepper, cheese, mushrooms, and slivered ham to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
