Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • green pepper
  • cheese
  • mushrooms
  • slivered ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Melt butter in an oblong baking pan (13 1/2 x 9 x 2). Tilt to coat the bottom with butter.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Add sour cream, milk, salt, chopped onions, green pepper, cheese, mushrooms, and slivered ham to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes until eggs are set but still moist.
