Ingredients

  • 2 lb. buffalo or beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. oil
  • 1 jar Chi Chi salsa
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle K. C. Masterpiece original sauce
  • buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, add chopped onion and brown in oil.
  2. Add meat and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in salsa and barbecue sauce.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Spoon the meat mixture onto buns.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce and cheese if desired. Enjoy!
