Ingredients

  • 10 pieces chicken
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar Twin
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces.
  3. Let stand for 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Bake in a covered dish at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
