Miniature barbecue beef cups with cheesy topping, perfect for parties or snacks, offering savory, sweet, and tangy flavors in a portable, crowd-pleasing bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and instant minced onion to the beef.
  3. Separate dough into individual biscuits.
  4. Place each biscuit in ungreased muffin cups, bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon the meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of each cup.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving or freeze for later use.
