Ingredients

  • 3 lb. spareribs
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. cream-style horseradish
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Place spareribs in a 2-quart glass utility dish.
  2. Combine catsup, cream-style horseradish, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sliced onions, water, celery seed, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ribs.
  4. Cover and microwave for 45 minutes.
  5. Turn and rearrange ribs every 10 minutes during cooking.
