- Cut turkey cutlets into 2-inch cubes.
- Spray a nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray and brown the turkey cubes.
- Remove turkey and place in a large casserole dish.
- Heat liquid Butter Buds in the skillet, add chopped onion, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients (wine vinegar, chili sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, thyme, stewed tomatoes, beef broth, red wine) to the skillet, bring to a boil.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey in the casserole dish.
- Cover and bake in a 300°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until turkey falls apart when probed with a fork.
